- App name(s), color, icon concept
- Monetization choice: subs / IAP / ads
Day 1 — Pick template & scope
- Choose an outcome-driven template (Timer, Habits, Water, Checklist). See Templates.
- Define the one-sentence promise.
Day 2 — Brand
- Name check (stores + obvious trademarks).
- Icon 1024×1024, color palette, app copy.
Day 3 — Configure
- Bundle IDs, versioning, display name.
- Enable only v1 features; defer the rest.
Day 4 — Monetization & analytics
- Products/prices in App Store Connect & Play Console.
- Track first open, paywall view, purchase, retention.
Day 5 — Store assets & ASO
- 6–8 screenshots (portrait), subtitle/keywords (iOS), short/long desc (Android).
- Privacy policy URL, support email.
Day 6 — Test builds
- TestFlight (iOS), Internal testing (Android).
- Notifications, purchases, restore, offline.
Day 7 — Submit
- Listings complete, screenshots, icon.
- Age rating, review notes.
Days 8–14 — Review & go-live
- Respond fast to review notes.
- Optional staged rollout; ship 1.0.1 with fixes.
